Can I also stay overnight at FALK HOMES spontaneously, e.g. on the same day?
It is generally possible to book with us at short notice, provided the desired apartment is available. Thanks to our digital check-in system, you can move in flexibly and at short notice. However, please note that our apartments book up quickly, especially during trade fairs or around the Christmas market. We therefore recommend booking in good time to secure your preferred accommodation early.
How exactly does check-in work at FALK HOMES?
After your booking, you will receive a personal access code for the door - no key handover or waiting time. This code is active for the duration of your stay. So you can arrive when it suits you - even in the middle of the night.
Are there parking facilities near the apartments?
Yes, a private parking space is available for our guests directly in the inner courtyard - safe, convenient and already included in the booking price. So you don't have to worry about public parking spaces or parking fees. You will receive the exact access route and all details with your booking confirmation.

Absolutely. Many guests stay with us for longer periods - e.g. during projects, trade fairs or other occasions. Our apartments offer fully equipped kitchens, washing machines and plenty of storage space - ideal for a temporary stay.
